Some of
the many
folks

We promise they’re much fun than their job titles sound.

CEO

Hemant Mishra

Story and storytelling have always been his favourite playgrounds—at work and outside it. After years of steering teams and managing the machine, he’s now stepped away from all the management stuff to focus on what he loves most: finding the ingredients that make a truly compelling story.

Ashit_edited.jpg

COO

Ashit Chakravarthy

As a client servicing guy turned planner turned head of  brand marketing turned managing partner, Ashit specializes in getting bored easily. Over the last 20 years he has gone from working on traditional mainline campaigns to meme campaigns, in the last decade. He’s a bit too restless for his own good.

CCO

Dheeraj Renganath

Likes to walk the thin line between being strategically creative and creatively strategic. Loves building creative teams and sci-fi real LEGO real estate with his kid. Has spent two decades doing work that wins, work that sells and work that, well… works!

Shray-Chawla_edited.jpg

Executive Creative Director

Shray Chawla

Even with 13+ years of experience in advertising, publishing, production and digital content, Shray still gets butterflies in his stomach when he hears the word ‘brief’. In a good way, ofcourse. He has worked on e-mailers to short films to sketches to documentaries to TVCs. And he hates talking about himself in third person in a slide.

Angira-Lahiri_edited.jpg

Executive Strategy Director

Angira Lahiri

If culture eats strategy for breakfast, then Angira eats culture for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even high-tea. She has a knack of finding the sweet spot between what  brands should say and what people want to hear. Her strategy decks become handbooks for brands that really want to become a part of pop-culture.

Akshit-VS_edited.jpg

Executive Creative Director

Akshit VS

When Akshit isn’t searching for underrated AI tools that he can master, he’s probably searching for a subject for his next documentary. He believes as an art guy, his key skill is not visualization. It’s observation. Because only when you notice the little things, is when you can make a big difference with your work.

The crew
behind the craft.

Every project’s secret ingredient is someone here.
